- Prepaid Rent: If you have paid for a full month in advance, a refund will be issued for any unused days upon request, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation or rental agreement prior to moving in, you may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid rent, less a processing fee of 3.5%.
